The Residence San Mattia is located on the second floor of a building of the 1700s of the Spanish Quarters, built around the 16th century to house the Spanish military garrisons. Thanks to the particular urban layout, to the new shops and food service points, to the small fish and fruit and vegetable markets that are located inside, at the opening of the new underground station and, in general, to the folklore that the area preserves, the Spanish Quarters they are not infrequently sought after for photos of onlookers and tourists from all over the world. The district constitutes a nucleus of historical and artistic importance of the first order of the city of Naples, which also offers various cues from the popular culture and the Neapolitan lifestyle.

The Residence San Mattia is 250 meters away from Via Toledo, the main artery of the city, on the spot where the Galleria Umberto overlooks, at the heart of nightlife and shopping.
